PRIVACY POLICY SUMMARY
AHC Lending is dedicated to protecting the privacy of your information. We do not sell or share your information with third party marketers. So, there is no need for you to ask us not to. In fact, there is no need for you to opt-out of any information sharing because, unlike most financial institutions, we provide you with an opt-in. This means we won't share your information unless you explicitly tell us to, even though the law allows financial institutions to share your information unless and until you tell them not to. Additionally, although the law allows financial institutions to share your information with other financial institutions under a "joint marketing agreement" without your consent, we don't.
Because we feel that current laws are inadequate in protecting your privacy, we've taken the liberty of providing you more privacy protections than the law requires. Now that you know some things we don't do, here's what we do:
WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
With companies involved in the loan or banking process such as appraisers or title companies. With service providers that assist us with processes or functions. As required by law.
WE SEND YOU COMMUNICATIONS:
During the loan process as necessary to complete the transaction. To assist you with your debt management or recommend loan products, which you may opt-out of when your first open an account or anytime you receive an AHC Lending marketing email by clicking on the unsubscribe link. As necessary to update you on the status of your accounts.
WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION:
Using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology supporting up to 128-bit encryption to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing any personal information transmitted to or from AHC Lending. By limiting access to your personal information to only those authorized parties that have a "need to know".
Please review our full policy below for more details. If you have any questions pertaining to our privacy policy, please contact us.

DOES AHC Lending SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES?
AHC Lending may share your personal information:
When you opt-in to information sharing.
Examples: You may consider it beneficial for us to forward your loan application to another lending partner who may be able to help you in the event we are unable to offer you a loan that meets your needs. You may find this convenient since it means you may not need to search for another lender or complete another loan application. If you are interested in this benefit, you will be afforded the opportunity to opt-in at the end of the loan application. Similarly, you may apply for a loan in conjunction with a campaign associated with an airline frequent flyer program. In order to have the airline credit your mileage, you will be given the opportunity to provide information such as your frequent flyer account number if you wish for us to notify the airlines of the mileage that should be credited to your account. In doing so, we will share minimal information with the airlines so that they credit the proper account.
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our career opportunities, we will ask for the name and email address for you and your friend. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email with a link to visit the site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. You or your friend may contact us using the email form below to request that we remove this information from our database.
With companies involved in the loan origination process.
Examples: Appraisers, credit reporting agencies Warehouse lenders and title companies are a necessary part of the loan or banking transaction. Therefore, we must provide some of your information to these companies in order to process and fund your loan. Additionally, because we do not service loans, you will be notified which company will service your loan and to whom your payments should be sent. These companies are required by law to adhere to federal and state privacy regulations.
With companies that perform services on our behalf.
Examples: We sometimes use service providers to assist us with specific processes or functions such as distributing our emails for us or collecting survey information from our customers. We require the service providers we use to sign business agreements that restrict their use of your information to fulfilling the contracted service. As required by law.
Examples: We may need to share your information with law enforcement or government agencies in response to a subpoena, state/federal audit or other similar circumstances. Additionally, the law requires that all mortgages and deeds of trust be recorded with the local county recorder's office.
The AHC Lending website may link you to other companies' websites that offer services that may be of interest to you. These companies do not obtain any specific information about you or your transaction on the AHC Lending website. You may also access the AHC Lending website from another company's website. We may collect Web traffic statistics from you and other consumers' Web browsers, and we may share this aggregated information with outside companies to assist them with assessing the effectiveness of their website content.
